Chilled Heirloom Tomato & Roasted Garlic Soup
A nostalgic nod to classic soup, but with a restorative twist. A simple blend of golden tomatoes, slow-roasted garlic and onion and a whisper of turmeric. Served cold with a toasted sourdough wedge and sharp cheddar melt.
Second Course
Charred Garden Leeks with Smoky Hazlenut Sauce & Pickled Shallots
Tender baby leeks, grilled over an open flame, laid over a rough-chopped hazelnut and red pepper spread. Finished with chopped herbs, pickled shallots and olive oil.
Third Course
Roasted Sea Bass with Ginger Citrus Sweet Potato Purée
A comforting, velvety dish featuring omega-3-rich sea bass glazed with miso, honey, and thyme, then seared to perfection. Served over a silky sweet potato purée infused with ginger, saffron, and nutmeg for maximum anti-inflammatory benefits. Garnished with a drizzle of black garlic oil.
